Anna Cole-Morgan
Since graduating in African Studies from the University of Birmingham, my career has taken me via a wide range of industries over three continents in companies big and small. As a business development director I have always been responsible for creating new teams or departments whilst setting up new business units, often as the only person responsible for human resources in the company. I have worked in educational publishing and cybersecurity amongst other things. Whilst my children were very small I was a self-employed payroll manager for local businesses and advised them on many aspects of taxation, legal requirements, apprenticeships and pensions.
Once my children joined Europa School I began volunteering on the PTA, first as vice-chair then chair, stepping down after a busy three years, to join the team at Europa.
No two days are the same in my role as HR Manager, I love recruiting great teachers and support staff who share our passion for this unique school as well supporting the existing staff in their many roles.
