We are flexible as well, with 80% of our staff working part-time, we try and mostly succeed to fit the timetable around your needs, especially with lots of notice.

We have a part-time vacancy to teach at Europa in English at our primary school for 2.5 days per week. The successful candidate will teach exclusively in English and share the class with their partner teacher who will teach either French, German or Spanish for the remainder of the week.

We are always looking to strengthen our vital bank of cover staff.  Supply TAs will support a teacher and also supervise the children in the playground and at lunch and also onto the buses. . You may be asked a few days before or get a call in the morning to ask if your are free.

We are expanding our current team of invigilators to assist the school with external and internal examinations.

We are looking for enthusiastic people who can demonstrate common sense, accuracy, attention to detail and are willing to provide the best exam experience possible for students.

You must be punctual, have a flexible attitude to work and possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English with legible handwriting as you will on occasion work as Readers and Scribes for the students.

Our Invigilators are responsible for ensuring that exams are run according to JCQ regulations and that all students are supervised and their individual needs catered for during each exam.

You should:

  • Be able to work effectively both on your own and within a team
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to offer a medium to long term commitment and flexibility in working hours and be available during the exams period which are  in mid December and most of May and June

Invigilators work on a casual basis and are asked for their availability prior to each examination period. There will be times throughout the academic year when there are no exams and no requirement for invigilators. Equally there will be very busy times during statutory examination periods.

This would be an ideal job for someone looking for part-time occasional work or for someone who is retired or semi- retired. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided for successful candidates, but applicants need to be reliable, punctual, highly flexible, calm under pressure and confident in dealing with teenagers.

Join Our Diligent Administration Team at Europa School UK

We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team and guide parents and prospective students through the admissions process and liaise with the county council.  Alongside the Data Manager, you would maintain all the student records in our MIS and work closely with the SLT and teachers in this vital role. 

The role is term time plus 4 weeks with a least 3 weeks at the beginning and end of the summer holiday. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing information and support throughout the admissions journey.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in admission including OCC.
  • Organise and participate in open events and admissions meetings, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure the MIS System is up-to-date with accurate student information.
  • Support professional development initiatives and contribute to team success.
