On Saturday 9th March, Liz Cook and Marie Gaillard, joined by Professor Vicky Macleroy, Head of Centre for Language, Culture and Learning at Goldsmiths, University of London, were invited to speak at the ALL Language World Conference in Kenilworth and proudly represented Europa School.
They explained how, since 2015, the strong partnership between the school and the university, along with the Multilingual Digital Storytelling Project, have opened up possibilities for more creative and multimodal approaches to learning languages in the classroom.
It was also a day of learning and networking with the most enthusiastic professionals in the field of Language Education and an opportunity to meet representatives of the cultural agencies who support our languages including the Institut français, Instituto Cervantes, Consejería de Educación, Goethe-Institut, UK- German Connection and the British Council.
