Reception to year 3 German led a Key Stage 1 assembly celebrating St Martin last Friday. Their beautifully crafted lanterns matched their lovely singing. A very big compliment to all of our young per
formers! We watched a film about St Martin made at Europa by Europa children, carrying the message of sharing and kindness of our school values beyond the classroom into the world. The lantern procession around the school was superbly accompanied by Frau Scaber and Joshua Brent, allowing the whole school to join into the celebrations! Special thanks go to Livia and Lily from 3DE for reading out the story in German, and all the fantastic parents who helped out with the Weckmänner baking and selling!
