Laboratory Assistants work closely with the science teachers to provide support for all aspects of practical work associated with teaching Science. Prepare and maintain apparatus for demonstrations, practical work, tests/exams. Responsible for keeping records, stock taking, purchasing of materials and keeping up to date with regulations relating to practical work in Science. An appropriate qualification in Science is desirable and experience of the European Schools is an asset, but not essential.
We are seeking a Librarian, ideally with experience, to maintain the excellent facilities of the previous European School and to be part of increasing digital access to reference resources. The school has a rich multilingual heritage and openness to this is essential in the role.
The PA to the Secondary Head Teacher will provide administrative, appointments and communications support and deal with a range of meetings, reports and policies.

Europa School UK is unique as a UK state school in offering the European Schools’ curriculum and highly respected European Baccalaureate.
In September 2017 the school will open a complete Secondary School,offering immediately the European Baccalaureate to the former pupils of the European School Culham.
Opening in 2012, Europa has already grown to a full Primary School, also enlarging from two to three-form entry in 2015. The school has been consistently oversubscribed and plays a key role in offering a multilingual and multicultural education, with an emphasis also on science, well suited to the employment opportunities in Oxfordshire.
The centrepiece of the Secondary School will be the beautiful grade-II listed buildings of Culham College which has hosted a European School since 1978. Europa School inherits from its predecessor a history of preparing students for outstanding success at universities in the UK, throughout Europe and beyond.
We are seeking an IT administrator for appointment as soon as possible in advance of the growth of the school to all-through and the integration of systems throughout our site.
The school uses predominantly open source software, including server design and the successful candidate would have relevant expertise.
Experience of IT systems in schools is preferred but not essential.
The salary is up to £30,000.
We are opening a full Secondary section in September 2017 and recruiting English speaking Secondary teachers.

- History in French
- Maths - part-time (full time possible for a candidate with a suitable combination of subjects)
- Spanish - part-time, this includes native level teaching for the Baccalaureate
- Geography in English - part-time

The school is multilingual. History and Geography are generally taught in French and German, although some will be in English initially. Other subjects other than languages are taught in English.
Teachers should hold QTS from the UK or the equivalent from another EU state. Ideally language teachers would hold a teaching qualification from a country in which the language is officially spoken.
